We want to make your experience as convenient as possible with delivery and pick-up brought to your front door. If you would like your car delivered to the airport you are arriving at your airline and flight number will be required to ensure you receive a timely delivery. Your car will be waiting for you as you exit the airport. Delivery fees may apply in some cases, please feel free to contact us if you have further questions. Any changes or alterations to delivery or pick-up locations/times with less than 24 hours notice may result to delays. Can I add additional drivers if I rent the vehicle?
Yes, additional drivers over the age of 25 may be registered as authorized drivers. Exceptions apply for under 25 drivers. We allow multiple drivers per car; however, each driver must have proper auto insurance coverage in order be added.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, a damage deposit by authorization of a credit or debit card is preferred in order to rent a vehicle. Damage found on the vehicle when returned will be billed to the authorized credit card. Damage deposits range from $1000 – $2,000 depending on the vehicle being rented and the drivers insurance information. The deposit is released immediately upon return of the vehicle.
Can I cancel my rental at any time?
While we do not require a deposit to make a reservation, we may, however, retain a small deposit in certain instances based upon the nature of the reservation. In this instance, we require a reasonable notice informing us of such cancellations in order to obtain a full refund. If the client is a No-Show, No-Call, it is at the discretion of our company to either refund or retain the deposit depending on vehicle availability. Furthermore, cancellation fees may be waived (At our sole discretion) for special or unforeseen circumstances (hurricanes, tropical storms, etc.)
What payment methods do you accept?
Milani Exotic Car Rental accepts Debit, Credit, Cash, Certified Check and Wires as form of payment. VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are also accepted as methods of payment for rental damage deposits and fees. Checks or cashier’s checks may be accepted at the discretion of the company.
Do you deliver within and outside Georgia?
Yes we deliver within and outside Georgia. We also deliver to Tennessee, Mississippi, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and surrounding states. Please reach out to the Milani team for Nation wide deliveries.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made via phone, email or business chat. We require a copy of your Driver’s License and Insurance Card to make a reservation. Once submitted. We typically do not require a security deposit to confirm a reservation; however, deposits may be required during peak seasons. For the Chauffeured service, we DO NOT require a copy of the Driver’s License and Insurance card. We however require a $250 deposit to confirm all chauffeured trips.
Do you offer Unlimited Miles?
We unfortunately do not offer unlimited miles on any of our vehicles. Each vehicle will have a daily mileage limit. Additional miles can be purchased based on the vehicle.
Do you offer after hours services?
Yes, we are able to assist clients outside of normal business hours. This must be pre-arranged with our team at the time of reservation.
Do you require a 2 day Minimum?
We accept 1-day rentals; however, the company reserves the right to require a 2-day minimum during peak seasons.
What is the minimum hours for a Chauffeured Service?
We typically require a 3 hour – 5hour minimum for Chauffeur services depending on the season. Trips under 3 hours may be honored based on the availability.
